Sealing ring leakage will affect people's use, so what are the causes of sealing ring leakage in actual use? 

 1. The sealing medium makes the rubber swell, reducing the hardness of the rubber, thus causing premature aging and wear of the oil seal; 

 2. Comprehensive aging, both rubber elastomer and sealing medium aging;

 3. Cracking of materials caused by too harsh working conditions, especially on the sealing edge of oil seal;

 4. The sealing lip of the oil seal no longer follows the vibration of the shaft surface and the runout of the shaft;

 5. The non-standard assembly process causes the damage of the shaft surface contact surface and premature wear of the sealing lip;

 6. The pollutants are permanently embedded into the seal blade from the inside and outside of the seal, causing premature wear of the shaft surface and the seal lip;

 7. The corrosion from the shaft to the sealing lip area will leave permanent hidden trouble for the sealing performance of the sealing system;

 8. 'Oil carbon' dirt is formed at the sealing lip to lift the sealing lip of the oil seal, causing leakage failure of the sealing system;

 9. The static sealing surface of the outer edge of the oil seal and the cavity is deformed due to the dimension tolerance not meeting the standard specifications;

 10. The hardness of rubber increases due to too harsh working conditions and incompatibility between rubber elastomer and working medium, or the hardness of elastomer is too high;

 11. The system is in dry running state due to the failure of lubricant, so that the sealing lip is rapidly worn;

 12. The sealing edge is damaged during storage, transportation and assembly.
