Design Description：

SADS combined seal is a double acting seal and guide element, which is composed of an elastomer seal ring, two retainer rings and two guide rings. The sealing ring can play a good sealing effect both statically and dynamically, while the retaining ring can prevent the rubber from being squeezed into the sealing gap. The role of the guide ring is to guide the piston in the cylinder barrel and absorb the radial stress. 

This design is used for medium load applications and can be used for open or closed installation trenches.

The standard piston seal assembly is composed of one rubber element, two retaining rings and two guide rings.

Rubber components: high-strength wear-resistant materials

Retaining ring: high-strength wear-resistant elastomer

Guide ring: reinforced high pressure resistant thermoplastic material
